The Treatment
The first treatment, for both Aromatherapy and Reflexology, start with a consultation. We will discuss your health issues, lifestyle, diet, exercise and emotional wellbeing. This allows the therapist to determine the essential oils to be used - in Aromatherapy, and the general areas to be worked on - in Reflexology. Soft gentle music you will be transported you to another world allowing you to escape your hectic life, whilst you enjoy the treatment.
If you have chosen a Radiance Aromatherapy massage, a personal prescription of oils are blended for your treatment. These oils can also then be th basis for developing your own personal blend products. If you have chosen a Radiance Reflexology treatment you wil simply lie back in a recliner chair listening to the gentle music.
What you can expect from your treatment.
As with all complementary therapies, you may have some immediate relief from some symptoms, however please bear in mind that to gain maximum benefit you must eliminate the actual cause of your original condition. Patients records show that about 50% of those accepted experience relief within the first three visits and another 40% begin to respond after the fourth/fifth visits. The remaining 10% require more time due to the nature, severity and duration of their condition. As a rule, the older the patient—the longer may be the anticipated recovery time.
