1. Scope of Services

• Radiance Therapy provides holistic treatments: reflexology, aromatherapy massage, and holistic facials, tailored to individual clients.

• All appointments must be confirmed in writing (email/booking system) to form a contract.

2. Booking & Payment

• Payment is due at the appointment, or taken as a deposit at time of booking. Accepted methods include card, bank transfer, or cash.

• If there is a price change after your booking has been placed, you will be charged at the booking price, not the new price.  

• Members pay a monthly standing order in accordance with their membership level.

• Non-payment may lead to cancellation or refusal of treatment.

3. Cancellation & No‑Show Policy

• Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 48 hours before without charge.

• Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice or no‑shows will incur the full treatment fee, at the discretion of Radiance.

• Treatment times are given with a 10 minute leeway, should you know you arrival will be delayed, you are expected to notify Radiance as soon as possible.  Should you be late (more than 10 minutes after your appointment time, and treatment is still possible), your appointment time will be adjusted accordingly and full payment will be required. 

• Clients are notified of appointment reminders via email or text. It remains the client’s responsibility to attend.

• Members can carry 1 banked treatment into the next month, meaning they will have 2 treatments to use that month.  This cannot extend and both should be used in that time.

4. Client Health & Suitability

• All new clients must complete a medical/health consultation form prior to the first session and update it regularly.  Updates will be either at subsequent appointments, or via an online form.

• If you have any health conditions (e.g. pregnancy, high blood pressure, deep vein thrombosis, contagious skin conditions), you must disclose these before booking.  The consultation will be assessed prior to treatment; if a condition indicates reason for non treatment the client will be contacted and informed of options accordingly.

• Treatments may be refused or modified if deemed unsuitable or unsafe.

5. Behaviour & Conduct

• Treatments will be terminated immediately if a client shows inappropriate, violent or sexual behaviour. In such cases the full session fee is due.

• Clients under the influence of alcohol or non‑prescribed drugs will not receive treatment and will be charged in full.

6. Gift Vouchers & Intro Offers

• Gift vouchers are one-time use only, non-refundable, and valid until the expiry date. They cannot be exchanged for cash.

• Promo or introductory offers are non-transferable and must be redeemed within their validity period.

7. Liability & Medical Disclaimer

• Radiance Therapy does not diagnose, prescribe, or treat medical conditions. Complementary treatments are not a substitute for medical advice.

• Clients affirm that they have disclosed all relevant health information and have sought medical advice where necessary.

8. Complaints Policy

• Complaints should be submitted in writing (email or post) within 28 days of the treatment.

• Acknowledgement will be sent within 7 days. Investigation and resolution will follow within 28 days.

• In the unlikely event you are not satisfied with the resolution following a complaint, Radiance is a member of the Federation of Holistic Therapies and is insured.  Details can be supplied on request.

9. Data Protection & Privacy

• All personal data is handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy, including client rights under UK GDPR.

• Clients may request access, correction, or deletion of their data at any time via sarah@radiancetherapy.co.uk.

10. Changes to Terms

• These terms may be updated periodically and will always be published on the website.

• Your continued booking or attendance constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
